Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has expanded its corporate team with the hire of a new partner in Singapore.

Damian Adams rejoins the firm as a partner after spending six years at Simmons & Simmons in Singapore.

Mei Lin Goh, head of WFW Singapore, said of the hire: “I am delighted to welcome Damian back to the firm. He not only enhances our corporate expertise in our sectors of specialism but also enables us to offer existing clients greater support across service lines."

With two decades of experience in Singapore, Adams advises international clients such as private equity investors, infrastructure investors, family offices and venture capital fund managers across an array of sectors including energy and natural resources.

Adams’ appointment brings the total number of partners in WFW’s Singapore office to nine.
