Latham & Watkins has bulked up its corporate and capital markets practices.

Paul Dudek comes to Latham from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he served for the past 26 years. Dudek's experience at the SEC includes holding the role of chief of the office of international corporate finance for 23 years, as well as inaugurating regulatory changes that accompanied the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.

Dudek will be counsel for the Latham corporate department and a member of the capital markets practice.
