Allen & Overy has enhanced its London high-yield team with the hire of Jake Keaveny from Cahill Gordon & Reindel. He will move across from New York to join the London team led by Kevin Muzilla.
Keaveny focuses on leveraged finance, term loan B facilities and high yield bonds.
The hire means that Allen & Overy will now have three high yield partners in London in the form of Keaveny, Muzilla and Jeanette Cruz.
