Esin Attorney Partnership, the Turkish branch of Baker & McKenzie’s international network, has hired a new M&A partner in the form of Eren Kurşun.

Kurşun joins from Akol, one of White & Case’s ally firms in the country. He acts on M&A and private equity deals in sectors including healthcare, financial services and transportation.

Esin was established in 1997 and the firm has been in partnership with Baker & McKenzie since 2011. It currently has around 40 lawyers and is best known for its M&A and competition practices.
