Chadbourne & Parke has acquired new senior counsel in its New York office.
Howard Beltzer arrives from Mayer Brown and will serve in Chadbourne's bankruptcy and financial restructuring group.
Primarily experienced as a bank representative, Beltzer's focus is on Chapter 11 proceedings and restructuring processes.
However, Beltzer has also represented notable debtor-side clients, such as Linens n' Things, United Pan-Europe Communications, and Aeroméxico.
