Winfried M Carli represents national and international financial institutions, sponsors and corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border bank financing and restructuring matters, with a focus on acquisition financings, bank/bond financings, project financings, real estate financings and general banking matters. Mr Carli joined the firm in New York in 2000 and is now a member of the Frankfurt finance team. Mr Carli is cited as one of the leading banking and finance lawyers in Germany in the most recent editions of IFLR 1000, Chambers Global and Chambers Europe and ranked among "Germany's Best Lawyers 2014" by Handelsblatt.
