Ting Yuan

Ting specializes in banking finance and he concentrates in infrastructure project finance, acquisition loan and financial leasing.  Ting has extensive experience in the sectors of power, mining, oil&gas and renewable energy, and he is also familiar with urban infrastructure and real estate, telecom and equipment manufacturing. 

• Advised Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in the US$1.4 billion project financing to a project company invested by Huaneng Shandong for the construction of a power plant in Pakistan
• Advised China Development Bank in the US$11 billion project finance for the construction of a Central Asia-China natural gas pipeline to two joint ventures respectively established in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan by China National Petroleum Corporation
• Advised ZMJ’s acquisition loan from syndication arranged by Bank of China and DB for acquiring Bosch.
• Advised Agricultural Bank of China in its US$4 billion acquisition financing to Hainan Airline Corporation for acquiring Ingram Micro
• Adivised Deutsche Bank in the USD300 million finance on aircraft leasing to Minsheng Financial Leasing
