Dr Oluwarotimi Austen-Peters is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He has worked as a Barrister and Solicitor in various jurisdictions.  He has been extensively involved in the activities of various capital markets and the pension industry of Nigeria. He specializes in the management and regulation of investment assets, and has made several presentations and authored many writings including an authority on the custody of financial assets.
