Jie Tao

Mr. Tao is a partner with Haiwen's Beijing office and co-head of Haiwen's dispute resolution practice and head of the antitrust practice. He has over 20 years of practice experience and specializes in commercial dispute resolution, competition and general corporate and commercial matters.

• Mr. Tao is licensed to practice law in the PRC and the State of New York.

• Mr. Tao is a member of the panels of arbitrators of CIETAC, HKIAC and KLRCA.

• Mr. Tao graduated with an LL.B. degree with honors from Renmin University of China School of Law in Beijing, PRC in 1993. He received an LL.M. degree from The University of Michigan Law School (Ann Arbor, Michigan) in 2001.
