Rocky Alejandro L. Reyes heads the firm’s Special Projects Department. He specializes in taxation, project finance, construction, leveraged leases and infrastructure projects.

• Acted as counsel to North Luzon Airport Consortium for the Clark Airport project;
• Acted as counsel to Filinvest Land Inc., a private entity, in its joint venture with the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA), a government entity, for the development of over 288 hectare in what is known as Clark Green City, a 9,450 hectare smart city.  At full development, the BCDA expects Clark Green City to contribute a gross output of approx. 1.57 trillion per year or roughly 4% share in the country’s gross domestic product;
• Acted as counsel for Light Rail Manila Corporation in the Financing for the rehabilitation and extension of the Php65Billion LRT1 Cavite Extension Project.
