Ravindra Chetty SC

Ravindra is a Silk with more than 25 years' practice. An alumnus of Baliol College, Oxford, he is one of the most recognised and respected barristers in Mauritius. He has conducted many notable cases, which have shaped Mauritian jurisprudence. 

• Successfully appeared before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in The State of Mauritius and anor v The (Mauritius) CT Power Limited and Ors;
• Successfully represented the State Trading Corporation in an application to set aside an arbitral award made under SIAC Rules, in relation to a contract entered into in breach of public policy and public procurement law
