Mr. Ding is a partner based in the Shanghai Office of AnJie Broad Law Firm. Before relocating to Shanghai, Mr. Ding worked in the Hong Kong offices of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, a top Wall Street law firm and Simmons & Simmons, a leading international law firm. 

• Advised the founders on the sale of a gaming company to TAL Education Group.
• Advised TCL Health Group on its investment projects in China.
• Advisded Bertalsman Asia Investment Funds on its investment projects in China.
• Represented several fund managers to establish investment funds  in China
