Paulo Trindade Costa joined VdA in 2015. He is partner of the M&A practice area, where he has been involved in several transactions, in Portugal and international markets, namely in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate finance transactions.

He has advised several clients in sectors such as telecommunications, industry, retail, real estate, energy, banking and construction.
