Ovie Ukiri is the Founding Partner. He has decades of experience in mergers & acquisitions and capital market advisory work. Ovie regularly advises international oil companies, international offshore drilling companies and oil service companies in Nigeria on a wide range of matters including the negotiation and drafting of industry specific agreements; financial and technical services arrangements; regulatory issues and developing strategy in litigation matters. He has written several articles and commentaries on taxation of companies in Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and CEDR accredited mediator.
