Noah Edwin Mwesigwa

Noah is the managing Partner of the firm. He has received formal legal education in Uganda, United Kingdom and the United States of America. He serves in many noteworthy positions both as a board director and company secretary to various companies’ providing guidance on good corporate governance.

• Advised MTN Uganda Limited in a USD 25m financing from Stanbic Bank in respect of a senior medium term loan facilities.
• Advising African Development Bank in respect of a sovereign guaranteed line of credit facility to Uganda Development Bank Limited.  
• Acted as advisor to Bank of Africa Kenya on its sale of its entire shareholding in Bank of Africa Uganda to BMCE Bank Morocco.
• Advised Mustard Seed Foundation  on a USD  152M project development of a 12.3 MW biothermal plant in Northern Uganda.
