Loren Braswell

Loren Braswell focuses her practice on M&A, shareholder activism, and corporate governance.

Loren received a B.A. summa cum laude in Psychology and Philosophy from New York University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as Co-President of the Yale Law and Business Society, Editor of the Yale Law Journal, and Executive Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation.
