Angel P. Machuca

Angel joined Gulapa in 2015 and continued his work in construction, PPP, and energy. He was admitted as Partner in 2018 and now advises multilateral financial institutions, government agencies and some of the largest Philippine conglomerates in their infrastructure projects. Angel also advises foreign companies in their investments in the Philippines.

• Advised the Asian Development Bank in the joint venture project of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority for the development of the National Government Administrative Center
• Advised the NAIA Super Consortium in its unsolicited proposal for the rehabilitation and upgrade of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport
• Advised SM Prime Holdings, Inc. in the procurement of its contractor for its 360-hectare reclamation project in Manila Bay
