John Finley III

John (Sean) Finley is a partner in the Investment Funds practice.

He has extensive experience advising on private fund formation as well as various legal, compliance and operational matters related to the management and investment activities of private funds and their sponsors and advisers. He assists clients with the formation of numerous US and non-US investment funds, including hedge funds, hybrid funds, private equity funds, commodity pools and funds of funds. He also forms and regularly advises investment management companies in connection with their sponsorship and management of investment funds.
