Craig works closely with each client and readily adapts to their expectations while leading teams of attorneys to effectively and efficiently negotiate and close acquisitions, dispositions, corporate reorganizations and corporate and commercial financings.

Represented Belgium-based Sonaca Group as the company’s Missouri M&A counsel in Sonaca’s $190 million acquisition of LMI Aerospace, a publicly-traded, St. Louis-based aerospace company.
