  • Advised BRF raise 5.4 billion reais in a follow-on equity offering;Advised Grupo Fleury in its first issue of sustainability-linked bonds;
  • Advised Oi S.A. in its restructuring, which has been considered the largest one in Latin America;
  • Advised Lux Oil & Gas International, as controlling shareholder, in the financial restructuring of Constellation;
  • Advised Quinto Andar in the acquisition of Grupo Navent's real estate business in six different countries;
  • Advised Sul América S.A. in the business combination transaction with Rede D'Or São Luiz S.A.;
