MP Law is the establishment of the solo practitioner, Dr. Marko Prušnik. Prior to establishing MP Law in 2018, Dr Marko Prušnik had 11 years of experience, 5 of those at partner level, at Schoenherr in Vienna and Ljubljana, where he worked in its corporate M&A department. Currently the firm works broadly on Slovenian transactions, however due to Dr Marko Prušnik's language skills in English, German and Slovenian, this gives the firm the ability to expand activities with Austrian and German clients. The firm works closely with other Slovenian law firms on larger mandates to cover aspects of due diligence.
