• We advised Piraeus Bank on its carve-out and subsequently sale of its cards payments and merchant acquiring business to Euronet Worldwide, and the formation of a long-term strategic partnership between the bank and the payments firm for app. €300m.
• We acted as lead counsel to DEPA, the Public Gas Corporation, and all its subsidiaries on the privatisation of DEPA Commercial and DEPA Infrastructure through public tender by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) for app. €700m.

• Advising the lenders of Eldorado Gold and its subsidiary Hellenic Gold on a €700m financing for supporting its mining activities in Greece.
• Advised the four major Greek systemic banks (NBG, Piraeus, Eurobank and Alpha) on bond financing of €505m to DESFA, the natural gas transmission system operator in Greece, for corporate purposes.

• Αdvised BriQ Properties REIC on the merger by absorption of Intercontinental International REIC through a multi-phase transaction creating a listed REIC in the Athens Stock Exchange valued at €250m.

• Advising the privatisation fund, HRADF, on its granting to third parties of the concession right over the Attica Motorway for a period of up to 25 years. The €2 billion Athens Ring Road Project is the largest motorway project in Greece and one of the largest co-financed road projects in Europe.
• Advising HRADF (Hellenic Republic Development Fund) on the €1.5 billion Egnatia Odos motorway concession project, which will be the second largest motorway project in Greece.
