Focusses / specialisms

The banking practice advises banks and corporate clients in syndicated loans, secured financing and debt restructuring. The team advises both borrowers and lenders in complex cross border deals.

It has a well-recognized M&A group, advising on large cross border transactions. It advises both buyers and sellers. 

In equity capital markets the firm is highly active, working on a large number of IPO’s. Debt capital works sees the firm involved in many Eurobond issues, as well as covered bonds and structured financing.

Projects work includes project development and finance, where on the development side the firm is involved in many of the jurisdiction’s healthcare PPP’s, energy and infrastructure projects. In terms of project finance, the team tends to work on the lender side for banks and financial institutions.
