  • The rights are in relation to 227,567, 943 new shares.
  • The offering was underwritten by a syndicate led by Goldman Sachs as global coordinator and joint bookrunner.
  • Merrill Lynch International and Barclays Bank served as the other joint bookrunners.
  • ABN Amro Bank and Coöperatieve Rabobank acted as joint co-lead managers.
