Overview:

  • Arca Continental,  a Monterrey, Mexico-based beverage manufacturer and Corporación Lindley, a Coca-Cola bottler in Peru, have formed an joint venture.
  • Arca Continental acquired a stake in Corporación Lindley for $760 million.
  • The acquisition represents 53.16% of the voting shares of Corporación Lindley and 47.52% of the total shares outstanding of Corporación Lindley. 
  • The Lindley family also acquired 64.5 million shares in Arca worth $400 million.  
  • Arca Continental has operations in Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina and the United States.
