Shipping companies Frontline and Frontline 2012 have completed their reverse triangular merger.
Frontline 2012 shareholders received 2.25 shares of Frontline per Frontline 2012 share.
Going by the name Frontline, the new company will be one of the largest oil tanker companies in the world with approximately 90 vessels.
The deal was first announced in July, 2015.
