Overview:

• Eneco Luchterduinen 129MW Offshore Wind Farm.
• The wind farm encompasses 43 wind turbines and is located 23km off the coast of Zandvoort and Noordwijk. Luchterduinen has a capacity of 129MW and can supply 150,000 households.
• It came online in September 2015.
• Eneco Holding and Mitsubishi Corporation raised approximately €440 million to finance the project.
• Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, BNP Paribas, Mitzuho Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank acted as lenders.
• The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) agreed a seperate loan of €244 million for the project.
