Reginn IKr6 billion acquisition of property portfolio from Íslandsbanki

Overview:

• Reginn - an Icelandic facilities management company - completed the acquisition of a portfolio of more than 350 properties from Íslandsbanki that were held through three of the bank's subsidiaries.
• The total consideration for these properties was approximately IKr6 billion.
• The transaction marked the conclusion of Íslandsbanki’s restructuring process in respect of this portfolio, which had come into its possession as a result of the 2008 financial collapse.
