Overview:

• ProSiebenSat1 Media, one of the largest independent media corporations in Europe, acquired Etraveli, through its investment subsidiary 7Travel, from Segulah for SKr2.2 billion.
• Etraveli is a leading online travel agent for flights in the Nordics and one of the five largest in Europe, providing a wide range of airline tickets, hotel accommodation and other travel-related services. The company operates in 40 countries on four continents through brands such as Supersaver, Gotogate, Travelstart and Seat24.
