AkzoNobel €500 million 1.125% EMTN issue

Overview:

• AkzoNobel has issued €500 million in notes under its EMTN program. 
• The 1.125% notes are due in 2026 and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
• ING, Banco Santander, BNP Paribas and Société Générale acted as joint lead managers. 
• The Royal Bank of Scotland acted as arranger.
