Ratos, Varma and Redito €191.5 million joint venture

Overview:

• Serena Properties is a joint venture between Ratos (56%), Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company (43%) and Redito (1%). It completed the acquisition of 100% assets of Varma for approximately €191.5 million.
• Varma is a solvent earnings-related pension company and a private investor in Finland.
• Redito is an independent Nordic investment investment management company and serves as the manager of Serena.
