Overview:

  • Tuin Zonne, the 131MW photovoltaic portfolio of Grupo T-Solar, the renewables subsidiary of the Isolux Corsán group and one of the largest solar photovoltaic power generators in Europe has undergone a €503 million financial restructuring.
  • T‐Solar manages 326MW under operation and construction in Spain, Italy, India, Peru, the USA, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Japan, including the Arnedo plant in La Rioja (Spain), one of Europe’s largest with an installed capacity of 34.19 MWp.
  • The aim of the transaction is to enable T-Solar to achieve greater financial security and boost its market profile with potential investors.
