Viesgo €500 million 2.375% MTN issue

Overview:

• Viesgo has issued €500 million notes under its €2 billion MTN programme.
• The 2.375% notes are due 2023.
• Viesgo is an energy company focused on the generation, distribution and sale of power and gas. It distributes electricity through a network that stretches 31,000 km and has 4150MW conventional and renewable power generation capacity across Spain and Portugal.
• Viesgo was owned by EON until March 2015, when it was acquired by Macquarie and Wren House Infrastructure.
