Yildirim Group $260 million Aktobe Oblast restructuring

Overview:

• Yildirim Group has taken $260 million in new loan facilities.
• The funds will be used to restructure the mining operation at Aktobe Oblast.
• This was Yildirim's first international syndicated facility provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) (with the participation of UniCredit and Yapi Ve Kredi Bankasi) to a company in the mining sector of Kazakhstan term of 12 years.
