Project Mermaid - Cerberus acquisition of Finansiel Stabilitet loan portfolio

Overview:

• Cerberus has acquired a loan portfolio (known as Project Mermaid) including 360 connections from Finansiel Stabilitet.
• The value of the transaction was not disclosed but the loans are worth about DKK 7.5 billion. 
• To facilitate this transaction, the funds were transferred to Promontoria Holding III. Promontoria refers to the Dutch Associated companies of Cerberus Global Investments.
