NNIT Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen IPO

Overview:

• Novo Nordisk has sold 40% of NNIT, in a DKr1.25 billion IPO which listed NNIT on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. 
• The offer includes an over-allotment option for 1.5 million shares. 
• Danske Bank and Morgan Stanley acted as joint global coordinators.
• Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Danmark, filial af Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and Sverige acted as co-lead manager.
