IPO

£ 190 million

$ 237.401 million

Completed

15/2/2017

Overview:

  • Xafinity has undertaken an IPO on the LSE.
  • Xafinity is a pensions actuarial, consulting and administration business.
  • Zeus Capital acted as financial adviser and sole bookrunner, and Deloitte acted as financial adviser and sponsor.
  • The funds raised will be used to pay down existing debt and, according to the Daily Telegraph, allow the firm to compete with larger consulting firms such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer and Willis Towers Watson.
  • The deal is also important as it highlights a potential return of equity listings in London following the chilling effect of Britain's vote to leave the EU in 2016.
