TAAG Angola Airlines $262 million loan facility

Overview:

• State-owned national Angolan airline TAAG Angola Airlines has received an extension on two loans of $131 million PDP financing for the purchase of two aircrafts.
• The planes are Boeing 777-300 ER. 
• $87.5 million of PDP financing for the aircraft was also required for a partial refinancing. 
• HSBC was one of the primary lenders for the initial financing and the refinancing.
