• Técnicas Reunidas and Petrofac have won the bid to develop the Fadhili gas processing plant.
• The plant has a processing capacity of 2.5 billion standard cubic feet of sour gas a day, with the gas sourced from the Khursaniyah and Hasbah fields.
• The construction contract is made up of three parts with Técnicas Reunidas winning the bid to develop the gas processing unit and the utilities and offsite facilities.
• Petrofac won the bid to develop the sulphur recovery unit.
