Hammerson and Allianz Real Estate have acquired the Project Jewel loan portfolio for €1.85 billion from the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).
The portfolio is linked to Joe O'Reilly's Chartered Land and includes the Dundrum Town Centre real estate development.
