Overview:

Niam, a Swedish fund manager, has acquired four office buildings from Skanska Property Poland.
These buildings included Kapelanka 42 A and Axis in Krakow and buildings A and B of the Silesia Business Park complex in Katowice.
Kapelanka 42 was Skanska's first investment in Krakow, and the Silesia Business Park was its first project in Katowice.
