  • TriGranit (the developer for the Bonarka City Center) has taken out €193 million to refinance the debt of Bonarka City Center.
  • ING Bank and ING Bank Slaski acted as lenders.
  • Bonarka City Center is a shopping mall in Krakow which contains about 190 shops and 20 restaurants.
