Novi 1 and Novi 2 €600 million fund formation

Overview:

• Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations set up the Novi 1 and Novi 2 investment funds, active over a period of 21 years. 
• The funds are designed to help SME's and ETI's with growth and innovation. 
• An initial 23 investors provided the €580 million investment, including  Crédit Mutue, CNP Assurances, Predica, Sogecap, ABP Vie, HSBC Assurances, Neuflize, Aviva, Axa, Generali, AG2R-La Mondiale, Macif, Maif, Groupama and SwissLife.
