4K Invest €100 million acquisition of 91.58% stake in Adria Airways

• 4K Invest, a Luxembourg invest vehicle, has acquired a 91.58% stake in Adria Airways for €100 million.
• The sellers were the Republic of Slovenia, Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH), and the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC).
• The deal included a capital increase of €3.1 million.
• Adria is Slovenia's largest carrier and currently travels to 22 destinations.
