Overview:

Iccrea Banca has undertaken a €1.4 billion securitisation.
The notes are issued through the SPV ICCREA SME CART 2016 on the Irish Stock Exchange.
The deal consists of five tranches of asset backed securities backed by financial leasing contracts.
