SOCAR $450 million petrochemicals complex financing

• SOCAR Polymer has taken out $450 million in financing for the construction of a polypropylene and a high density polyethylene petrochemicals complex in Sumqayit, Azerbaijan.
• SOCAR, alongside various private groups, acted as sponsor. 
• SOCAR Polymer is the developer of the projects, formed by majority shareholder SOCAR and the private groups who acted as sponsor. 
• Gazprombank acted as arranger and agent.
