Atos €966 million acquisition on Xerox ITO

Overview:

• Digital services company Atos completed the acquisition of the global information technology outsourcing business of Xerox for $ 966 million in cash.
• The acquisition was announced in December 2014.
• The move will makes North America Atos' biggest market, and it will also become Xerox's primary IT provider.
