• BlackRock European CLO I has issued €410 million in notes.
• The notes are backed by portfolio of senior loans, senior secured bonds, mezzanine obligations and high yield bonds and will be admitted on the Irish Stock Exchange.
• BlackRock Investment Management is acting as collateral manager
• Credit Suisse is acting as arranger.
• US Bank is acting as trustee.
