Vehicle manufacturer Polaris Industries has acquired Transamerican Auto Parts (TAP) in a $665 million deal.
TAP produces Jeep and truck accessories.
The acquisition provides Polaris with its first foray into retail, now that it will be managing auto parts stores controlled by TAP.
