Credit Suisse SFr660 million 0% covered bond issue

Overview:

• Credit Suisse successfully completed two covered bond issuances under its SFr20 billion Swiss covered bond programme. 
• This comprised a SFr350 million covered bond issue due July 2025 and a SFr310 million covered bond issue due October 2030. The bonds have a 0% rate.
• Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft acted as senior co-lead manager on both.
• Credit Suisse established its Swiss covered bond programme in June 2019.
